Shipping & Returns
Shipping
You can choose between several shipping options at checkout.
Shipping within Sweden starts at 49 SEK, and we offer free shipping on orders above the qualifying amount for both domestic and international orders.
International orders are shipped with DHL Express, DHL, Fedex, and Ups.
All duties and taxes are covered by us, so you won't pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Standard delivery with DHL (international) typically takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Return
You may return items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Sweden: Register your return through our Return Portal before sending it back. A 69 SEK return fee applies.
International: Return shipping must be covered and arranged by the customer. Packages must be sent directly to our warehouse.
Exchange
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To change size, color, or product, please return your order as normal and place a new one instead.
