Shipping & Delivery
We process order within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday)
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Standars shipping: SEK 69 Or FREE on orders over SEK 1500
Express Shipping: 2-5 days SEK 99
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order har shipped, not when it's placed.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package:
- Using the link in your shipping confirmation email
-Trough our website's `` Order status `` page
- Directly on the carrier's website
Shipping Restrictions
- Standard And Express shipping only.
- Some remote areas may have extended delivery times
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply. Please ensure your shipping adress is complete and accurate.
Damaged or lost packages
While we carefully and with loads of love package all items, occasionally damage occurs in transit. If your package arrives damages:
- Take photos of the damaged package and contents
- Contact us within 48 Hours of delivery at: Alaiaa-studio@hotmail.com
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
For lost packages, contact us if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November,December) please allow additional processing and transit time. We'll post specific holiday deadlines on our website and social media.
Multiple Item Orders
Items may ship drom different warehouses and arrive in seperate packages. You'll recieve seperate tracking numbers for each shipment. We never charge additional shipping for split shipments.
Custom & Import Fees ( International)
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are collected upon delivery.
